Extremely good personal development, great opportunities and room for progression. Great product and a passionate workforce.

Cons

The HR department somewhat let down the majority of areas, by being slow to respond to just about anything. Another issue is the rate of expansion is exposing some areas that are maybe under staffed and stretched.
