Some people can be stuck in their ways and the work can be very repetitive depending on your department

Good brand. Good opportunities to progress. Lots of growth. Competitive pay for outside of London. Good flexibility for work life balance.

Cons

Terrible traffic in and around site. Awful parking unless you are senior manager upwards. Terrible inefficient processes and micro management. Very little empowerment for employees.
