Decent money. Well respected brand. Company expanding rapidly.

Cons

Shift work, no flexibility-work/life balance is atrocious, difficulty getting holidays, limited career options for production line staff. Line managers inexperienced. Staff canteen and other 'perks' such as car scheme is expensive.

- Lots of opportunities - Ambitious R&D projects - Good salary - Good work life balance

Cons

- Chaotic, company has outgrown itself without the necessary changes to structure - Too many departments with clashing goals and agendas creates lots of late change and leads to constant changes in direction. This in turn impacts downstream workloads and product quality
