Overall a good company ruined by managers without joined up thinking

Pros

New buildings and facilities, comfortable working environment, some departments have small closely knitted teams with genuinely positive and motivational managers. No one expects you to do overtime unless it's necessary.

Cons

Some departments (body, packaging, AME others) have very de-motivational, draconian managers with backwards and biased thinking. They tend to get away with it. Knowledge from experienced staff isn't passed on to others unless you beg for it.
