Brand heritage, awesome products, world class facility in Gaydon. Some fantastic teams and individuals

Cons

Lack of leadership, Engineering management is typically over stretched - it's normal to have 20 or more Engineers working for a single manager (other areas of the business have only 3). Blame culture prevents people from making a decision and driving the business forward.

Flexible and understanding with work/ family commitments. Good Training opportunities

Cons

Internal progression limited Salaries ok, but moving up pay band is nearly impossible, and increases for internal promotions are not good. Very big difference on what is offered between people for the same job.

Well structured and defined job roles working with people that have a passion for the products they are manufacturing.

Cons

Political landscape within management. There are many managers who say a lot without much substance leaving engineers without support in many functions. Lack of accountability and quick to point the finger.
