      Good company to work for

      Pros

      - Chance to work on market leading vehicles - Defined vision for future - Some amazing talented co workers

      Cons

      - Lack understanding as to what transformation really is; cut majority of PM roles which would deliver change - Too many talk but cannot deliver including leaders - Too much emphasis on reducing spend/costs and no focus on investing for future (i.e. projects) - Company is very supportive towards professional development, but some managers are not - Unless you have relationships with peers, it can be extremely difficult to be promoted - Leadership team is not very diverse (no females on BoM)

      Lots to do and constantly new projects to work on . All levels of work from small works to new buildings with a grand team to work with in the office

      Cons

      New senior management have destroyed the place. Blame culture and no support, they lost a lot of good loyal staff due to driving them away
