- Homeworking 1 day/week after 6 months of employment

Cons

- Micro-Management - Pay-rise only possible after 3 years but when you apply for a job they tell you can get a rise after a year - No transparency - Management doesn't give you recognition when you do something good, they take all the credit - Vague job descriptions

The Company is concerned about employees work stability. Familiar environment.

Cons

Lack of emotional Management from the Management Team leading to screaming and a lack of leadership. Some of the workers have more than 20 years of company and don't want the change of the new generation. Some of the workers try to hide their irresponsibility and hypocrisy on the years they have on the company. New ideas are not welcome. Friendships mix with the work.
