      Direction and focus of the company is going in a good direction, the company has changed to encourage more democracy, inclusivity and flexible working and are tackling some unfavourable legacy behaviours

      Cons

      A lot of management have been in the job for a very long time, and as such that makes it harder to change cultures and ways of doing things, despite best efforts. There is also sometimes a bit of a disconnect between the various functions of the business due to several restructures over the last few years.
