Pros

High quality product offering Global business with global opportunities

Cons

A bit of a sweatshop - most roles are extremely busy, with not a lot of resource or support within teams or across the various departments. Not many career opportunities locally - small team and some seniors have been entrenched in their roles for a long time. Many departments are based in Australia (HR etc) and NZ is not prioritised/considered. Old school local leadership team - some leaders are toxic and rule by fear. Not particularly inclusive with people who may have different opinions or approaches.

Pros

Great assets and products Always on the plan well regarded brand great data and insights

Cons

Pay You have to leave the company to get a solid pay increase Lost a lot of talent because not staying competitive with the market salary training internally in the sales team is lacking poor leadership
