      Extremely micro-managed, stifling and lack of room for growth. A lot of favouritism and Directors are terrified of Senior Management.

      - Management are abysmal and see everyone as replaceable - Leading to investment in current employees and high turn over - Management use bullying and humiliation tactics to ensure you never ask for a pay rise - unprofessional staff who treat support function staff like you are there slaves -High pressure and stress from day 1, with no one to go to for advice and self development
