Pros

Life work balance, independency with the tryst from upper management to make decisions (no micromanagement). Bonuses annually.

Cons

Can't really sat anything negative.

Great Place, Great People

Pros

I think it's a good atmosphere, it's a place that rewards hard work and talent. I think the two new CEOs are trying to change things for the better and do listen to staff. I would recommend this company as a great place for people willing to grasp the opportunity.

Cons

It is trying to change, but it still is quite corporate. I guess if you want to work at a company with beanbags and table tennis tables, then this won't be for you.

Pros

Brand name, size of business, top of their game in out of home, some great people.

Cons

Poor salary, huge churn, stayed management, poor internal employee engagement from the top down, staff underpaid hugely, general sense of exploitation once you're in, it can feel like you're selling your soul sometimes.
