Pros

It’s reasonably well paid if you’re under 18 and doing it as a part-time job. The staff were really friendly.

Cons

I felt like I wasn’t properly trained - often customers would come in asking about sports equipment which I’d never been taught about. Also they were quite unwilling to swap shifts around exam time.
