Pros

Steady salary and typical insurances,

Cons

Complete lack of training, a customer asking me something I've never heard before was very usual, the company doesn't care about the quality of our sales and the managers aren't willing to help the newer employees learn how to work properly. When my 2nd employment contract expired, they fired me without letting me know, they just announced it to me AFTER my last shift, which of course I had no idea it was my last. Plus, when they hired me, they told me that the sooner they can fire an employee is after the THIRD employment contract expires.
