Pros
The place is Visually appealing, and they pay good money, sometimes, if you’re planning on joining up, better have a good lawyer on your side.
Cons
Once you decide you had enough and get the bright idea to resign, they will make it extremely hard to get your papers back, the ER employees are extremely incompetent with a solid 0 in professionalism, to the point they straight up ignore you like you’re some sort of an inconvenience! It’s taking them 2 months now to get me out from their social insurance, i can’t work anywhere else as long as they are keeping my name under their insurance, no amount of complaints is effective.
