Pros

Complex work, learned quickly. Can take on as much as you want to learn in various areas through focus groups.

Cons

Many people who did not work hard or know what they were doing that hurt it for those who did. I heard the recent layoff helped with this. 24/7 on call for smaller teams can be really difficult, but overall not bad once you get use to it.

Pros

Good benefit Hillsboro is beautiful Managers are respectful and supportive

Cons

It's very long hours of work. Especially if you are a module engineer. Expect to be on call and when needed, you might be working like 12hrs a day. They judge you based on your speed at completing your WBTs so take them seriously
