Good organization for training and development Progressive company trying to focus more on improving employee engagement with initiatives like cross-departmental information sessions to encourage lateral movement, diversity days
Cons
It is very difficult to move from the Intermediate to Senior Underwriter level, it basically rarely happens and there are many Intermediate Underwriters who feel stuck and have to look elsewhere if they desire progress
