      Great co-workers as we can all relate to each others issues and complaints about the company's ethics and procedures

      Cons

      -A lot of mid & upper management favourtism -false promises and expectations -low pay and yearly raises (if you even get one)

      Increasing workload, high volume, clerks required to be technically near perfect but people issues dealt with reluctantly if at all, paternalistic

      Cons

      lack of training beyond entry level positions long hours no support from middle management if you have problems meeting productivity quotas. their motto: if the workload is a problem, get another job in or out of the company.
