      Pros

      Great company with strong leadership committed to long-term success. Opportunities are endless but it comes down to one taking control of their career and knowing where you want to get to.

      Cons

      There really are not a lot. I read some comments about micromanaging work and company expecting a lot from people well I am not sure how someone runs a company and makes it successful if there is lack of awareness to numbers or does not have people that go over and above every day. .
