      Great work environment. The team is young and dynamic. The firm hires internally rather than externally

      Cons

      Paid for 35h, but we work more. Other firms have better benefits than us.

We strive to instill a good work/life balance for all of our employees all of the time and we’re sorry you don't feel you have the balance. If you are working more than 35 hours per week please let your Manager know and you will be paid or given time in lieu.

      Good, friendly atmosphere but it can get boring.

      Pros

      Friendly atmosphere, simple routine. They promote advancing your career in insurance, pay for classes. Good benefits, but could earn more pay for the amount of work you do.

      Cons

      Some toxic co-workers, that want to micro-manage what you do.
