In Canada, we do benefit from a great team of people in the West (20%), Ontario (37%) in Quebec (38%) and the Atlantic provinces (5%).

We do use market data provided by compensation consultants. In addition, we offer a total rewards package that includes bonus, a defined benefit or defined contribution pension and a well regarded Employee Stock Purchase plan.

      Great perks, but management needs work

      Pros

      Great perks and discounts at multiple partners, discount on insurance, employee share purchase plan. Company treats customers fairly.

      Cons

      Company is run with an outdated management style which is incompatible with the current generation of employees. Salaries are average at best and definitely not in line with industry bests
