Insurance companies have been significantly impacted by Canada’s changing climate, resulting in a very high volume of weather related Claims. We care about our team and are in the midst of hiring to help alleviate the volume of work.

Great integration / on-boarding to the company A very safe job that you could easily continue doing until your 60 Flexible working hours, option to work from home, good starting vacation time

Cons

Not very challenging or engaging Your work does not feel important Lots of older / long term employees coasting along meeting the minimum targets Disappointing pay
