      great people/colleagues, but...

      great people and culture, great st doing things to keep the employees engaged, great benefits, fairly central location, the CEO is socially conscious, very diverse environment

      Cons

      Certain unit claims managers are VERY cliquey, under-paid in the industry, too many work process changes during the pandemic and not enough recognition for the stress of the changes and COVID-19

It is a very stressful time and we hope that you are utilizing the tools we have in place for employees to help during these difficult times. Our CEO is regularly keeping employees informed via email and videos--hopefully you are getting a chance to read these. We encourage you to speak with your HR Consultant about your concerns. We want you to be aware of the changes and we want to hear from your on what is and isn't working in your group.
