Company stays on top to go with the latest trends and to stay super-profitable Benefits are good Working from home options

Cons

it is all about numbers not too much focus on interpersonal skills It is suggested not to speak up when something is not working as lower-middle management takes is as personal criticism Too many people hired in middle management, so they try to invent the wheel again to make themselves visible.
