      Pros

      Flexible schedule and ability to work from anywhere. Many great peers to work with.

      Cons

      12-14hr days are expected of US employees. Work with customer all day and talk to India late into the night. Company has never seen a downturn until now and the managment does not know what to do, so they do nothing. The middle management is the worst I have ever seen - abusive, arrogant, and simply spew the party line instead of working toward a better company. Too many systems and processes that add no value.

      You learn a lot at Infosys, but only join if it's the only way to get your foot in the door to do consulting work.

      Pros

      Infosys works very hard to keep the female employees. They offer 8 weeks of paid leave at 100% of salary. Very compelling as I hear this is quite unheard of.

      Cons

      No respect for personal time as you're expected to be on call 24x7, especially on engagements in which you have manage off shore resources. You are also expected to do internal projects. Your sweat is not adequately compensated in pay equivalence. Too much politics required to get noticed and promoted.

      only the thing was.. its brand name .. but working with in i never felt the quality ...and nice fecility..gym badi. etc.. travel facility to client locations are ver pathetic for low level employees

      no benefit for hardworking employees only for those who show as hard working Bad politics in promotions.. Bad appraisal system ... not for performance.. he shud cleared certificates .. Three years with no role change from Ass: Software engineer even i got 2 CRR 1 rating. Saying Employee satisfaction wont bring it true.. No idea whats going in inside infosys.. every day new policies ...one day il get mail like New policy- "u il not be paid for next two months "
