      1. Plenty of cultural activities 2. Awesome campuses, posh work place 3. Respected company, brand name valued everywhere

      Cons

      1. Mid-level management can be quite frustrating. The managers really need to learn management skills. 2. Certification exams are made mandatory but they don't solve the purpose

      Pros

      Promotion possible if you follow guidelines Transparency in work, the managers usually know what they are talking about. If you can effectively do your job, someone will push for you.

      Cons

      Certifications not useful, but unfortunately essential these days for a promotion. Big gap between offshore and onsite, people offshore need to understand the urgency onsite.

      Good Infrastructure, Atmosphere to work, Facilities at work place, Good Knowledge Transfer, Initial strenuous training, Overall a good place to start a career and learn a lot..

      Cons

      Poor compensation package, Poor HR policies, Promotions based on Certifications which never make sense when you quit the company, Communication gap between the managers and sub-ords, No balance between prof and personal life, 9.15 working hours is too much, poor utlization of bench resource, false promises, Overall not worth to work here for more than 2 years...
