      Pros

      Knowledge management is good. Education n Research dept is good. It is well equipped. Infrastructure is also good. Thats all ..

      Cons

      Growth is slow. The new iRace policy is crap. It is designed to slow your growth. iRace is a race where you wont win even if you race all alone. HR is not concerned of attrition rate. Rather, it wants ppl to quit, since anyways Infosys has overgrown in size. It is not a company which can manage 1 lac + employees.

      Too many people on Bench, Some job locations have hire growth period than others, same with some IBU's where opportunities and promotions are abundant than other divisions
