Cons
Certification - It is like a school.You have to give two exams else no raise and no promotion. This takes away two months of your life every year with nearly 1000 odd pages to read and mug up. This could be totally unrelated to the work you do. You will get a email everyday warning you of something. Working with fear of HR and ER department. Ruled and policies created by Non earning members of the company.
