      Onsite opportunity (its the only reason)

      Cons

      Politics, Unfriendly employee Policies(IRACE,9.15 hrs), Bad management at higher position(esp the HR), Deceiving publicity (what infosys portray in media is actuall not true,and i really wonder how infy bags best employeer award ????),

      Pros

      1) Amazing infrastructure 2) Seniors are helpful and willing to share their knowledge at all times. 3) Good onsite opportunities to make some extra bucks. 4) Very good training facilities for new joinees.

      Cons

      1) Pay is very less compared to "Service" industry standards. 2) No tangible recognition for exceptional performances. 3) As the experience in the company increases, the pay decreases when compared to industry standards. 4) Almost zero respect/trust for its own employees.

      Pros

      The ethics and values are good with this company. Also there is flexibility in terms of roles i.e. somebody with lesser exp and potential gets a chance to take up higher roles.

      Cons

      the pay doesnt reflect and is not competent with peers. the new irace policy has ruined the roles and profiles mapping.
