      No room for growth

      Pros

      You will get paid for your work, not fair pay, but at least is something. That’s why I left right away when I learned what was going on.

      Cons

      In order to grow in the company you need to have someone to say it to management, if your Team Lead does not say you are good, you need friends to be able to get an opportunity. They will lie in your face.

      Have paths to help you get certified. Friendly management.

      Cons

      Work you more than 40 hours a week with no overtime. Issues with no technical leads for 5 months now on my shift because all the leads are in India. With the timezones in India, we have a nightly meeting at 7:45pm CST, 8:45pm EST that last an hour to an hour and a half. Constant troubles with access and help as since everyone is so busy, no one is available to help or train anyone new, so the turnover rate is very high.
