Nothing ever works, processes, systems, management…everyone pretends like they know what they are doing but it is not the case. All the internal regulations are a complete chaos, it is unclear when and how you can step up on the carrier ladder, many issues must be resolved with people in India who can only send generic messages. Everyone sees you as a number, nobody cares who you are or what you do, what you are good at at bad at, nobody guides you to learn and develop new skills because they are too busy putting down fires that are caused by their incompetence. The company has no culture or values.
