Pros

There is absolutely nothing positive with this below average body shopping IT firm and the scores of negative reviews in this platform are truly endorsing the real picture.

Cons

The entire company culture is rotten here. Each and every policy is in this firm are against employees interest and revengeful to their employees. They will significantly REDUCE the salary you joined with in the alibi of assignment change and some stupid non transparent compensation GRID (Greed actually) and you will find no resolution even if you run from pillar to post, they are all hand-in -glove in this fraudulent practice including the HR. Their only goal is to show inflated revenue/profit numbers by cutting down on employee benefits and work life balance, exploiting employee to their fullest extent. The entire middle and senior management folks attitude is like they are doing a huge favor that company has given you an employment and as if employees are paid salaries from their own pockets not for their hard work which earns high billings from their clients! They will entangle you in a vicious circle for every concern that you raise which ultimately will lead you nowhere and its all part of a planned strategy and well known by their management. The top management/CEO is non-existent and their only job is to keep the company board members happy with the expense of employee benefits. These company will claim to be the most 'Ethical' one but has settled most number of out of court settlements on mis utilizing visa workers than its competitors. They probably invest more on their legal teams to find every possible legal loopholes to exploit employees, introduce new employee unfriendly policies. These types of sub par Indian body shopping IT firm has degraded the fabric of employee friendly and respectful work culture here. KEEP OUT at all cost.

Pros

A Full Stack software Engineer who's 7+ experience couldn't find a single pro.

Cons

I worked so hard to sacrifice my work-life balance and worked with one of the underperforming managers. i believe he was learning management at that time. 2-Managers let's other non-manager resources "Micro-manage" you They won't initiate direct/friendly communication with you if you're not a 'culturally fit' for them. 3-Some sort of disrespect and discrimination at almost all levels if you do not share the same culture. Cutting down while talking is a common disrespectful practice. 4-It's useless to report un desired behavior to the higher management as you'll find them defending each other. 5-You'll see the best example of favoritism when it comes to terminate resources sitting on bench, if you're in the same culture, you may sit and get the paycheck for as long as 8 consecutive months. Higher management/ managers have transformed this place into a pressure cooker.

Pros

I will say that most of the people and colleagues that you work with are reasonable, decent people. Intelligent, flexible, and understanding that the job isn't life.

Cons

Unfortunately the understanding of work/life balance doesn't translate to all the managers and head people. Even though the hours were supposed to be 8-4, having emails be sent at all hours of the day and night and expectations to respond to them within an hour was constant. Scheduling meetings on off-hours consistently with little to no warning also added unnecessary stress to an already stressful project. Even after I mentioned multiple times that I have a newborn, so giving me some heads up for calls and meetings would be helpful, the consistency of scheduling 1 and 2 hour long meetings 10-15 minutes before start times stayed the same. All of this also came after I went through the interview process at a certain rate, was made a hard, in writing offer which was signed, only for them to come back a week later after everything went through and try to change the pay rate by over tens of thousands less. I should've run then, but I needed the work.
