Cons
complex work, lack of understanding of work complexity by senior management, poor benefits, language barrier, frequent changes in ownership, long work hours, short vacation time, time sheets, senior management makes workers feel that they are machines there to do a job not as individuals with individual needs and concerns. There are few perks for line staff, no subsidy of sports tickets, no arts programme, maternity limited to what is required by government
