      Pros

      Most of the people are good people, i met some of my best friends there.

      Cons

      The old project managers didn't followed the tech evolution and they only have a small idea, which generates conflicts between people on projects.

      They have some nice people who understands we are all real persons.

      Cons

      There is an elitism that causes a big barrier between consultants and management people. Its about how much the managers will receive as bonus, and not about the quality for the consultants. Its about ONLY the money, not the people... at all
