      Pros

      A lot of different types of work are available, unionised (pro-and-con), offices all over the country, some nice people that work there, work-life balance is good...until you're on a project that is not properly managed...which are many.

      Cons

      Sales fell apart, HR fell apart, Business solutions are non-existent, non-Dutch speakers will have limited opportunities (project wise, but also growth wise).
