Pros
Good work environment, they don't miss payments. Growth is not valued, I've been growing in work and responsability for years, and no remuneration is due.
Cons
Low income, benefits used to be good but they have cut most of them. Training is not a priority. Changing health insurance too often. Too many control internal tools. Weak organization regarding personel's curriculums and history.
