Pros

- Wages paid on time

Cons

As a consultant of Inetum Belgium, you are working on a project for a client in Belgium. Like 17 other consultants on different teams and projects. Then, you (and those 17 others) get notified that you will no longer be working on that project. Not because the customer is dissatisfied with any consultant. Not because there is no budget or no scope anymore. No, you are being replaced by consultants of Inetum Spain. There are over 100 consultants on the bench (i.e. without a billable project) at Inetum Belgium. Things have been going from bad to worse financially and commercially over the past 3 years and this is the result. Of course, they constantly complain about this high number. And yet local managers are actively working to add 17 more to that pile by replacing them with Spanish consultants. So, never mind the competition of other companies. Inetum is taking care of that themselves.

Pros

At this moment there are none.

Cons

There is no more salary increase, no budget available for trainings, no projects. If you are on bench you are responsible to find a new job, they won't help. Since the old consultans have left and a new HR and Sales manager have been appointed things have gone from good to worse. These things happened from the beginning on 2024. It doesn't matter you had a great feedback from the customer or you are doing another job with higher responsibility they will not increase the salary because they don't have the budget for. Terrible medical subscription and terrible learning platform(Pluralsight) old, out of date and lack of courses in other areas than engineering.

Pros

Work from home - there is no hybrid workplace politics being pushed, however as new offices are being planned, this might change.

Cons

Bad management and illegal and precarious remuneration politics, and people getting fired. Aggressive management pushing outstanding workload, having people more than 150% allocation to projects. Impossible work - life balance. Biased performance reviews and nepotism still very visible.
