      Pros

      The job has great flexible "availability" scheduling. The projects are very interesting and we usually get some background and insight into the full scope of the research. They also make an effort to give you hours when the project requirements are very low.

      Cons

      Upper management is inconsistent and the Survey Center is not recognized for the service they provide. In addition the Survey Center is not considered part of the company. They are not even permitted to have access to certain bathrooms.
