      Pros

      Certain teams create a good environment to work in. Free water.

      Cons

      No culture. Arrogant management. It's about the money exclusively, they find a way NOT to reward great employees who deserve that recognition. Not well payed. There's a huge gap between hierarchies. Either you belong to the elite, or you are no one. No collaboration. No career planning.

      Good advantages through the CE. Good clients to be placed in (Amadeus, Orange, etc)

      Cons

      Salary raise is really bad, so it is better to ask for a good salary from the beginning
