It's great to see the availability to all to help each other. The team spirit it's visible in the daily work what help you to have motivation and feel part of the Gfi team. The top management team is always available to hear you. It's simple to talk with them!
Cons
It's important to align ways to all the teams have more contact. Having several teams in outsorucing, some of them feel a bit far from the company and have no opportunity to know other colleagues and share ideas!
