      Pros

      The management will not bother you because employees are all on-site with client.

      Cons

      Very Silo in operation and business model, almost 100% just body shopping approach with the existing french banking client. No clients in other sector. The management has no clue and understanding of the culture, way or working and management in the local context. They do not bother to understand.

      Lot of onsite opportunities. Good work culture (One of the best places to work) Good pay structure Friendly Sr Management. Easily approachable. Well orientated and organized All policies and process are at right place. Long term opportunities.
