Pros
Not transparency about career development, in excellent projects advertisements, but the real projects, are all poorly managed and with old technologies, treat employees like any outsourcing company, just wanting to know if the employee is going to work on the client to be able to receive at the end of the month.
Cons
Good only to start in the Portuguese market or for beginners, but with no chance of growth within the company, like any outsourcing company
