      Hires junior level Meal tickets writing something here just because I need at least 5 words for this section

      Cons

      The terms in the contract obligate you to stay a minimum of 2 years in the company, or else you have to pay the trainings you received. (Spoiler alert, you receive no trainings) They offer minimum wage, minimum vacation days Not feeling like your ideas are listened to Overworked Frowned upon if you take days off or leave in time Overall very poor management

      Pros

      The management will not bother you because employees are all on-site with client.

      Cons

      Very Silo in operation and business model, almost 100% just body shopping approach with the existing french banking client. No clients in other sector. The management has no clue and understanding of the culture, way or working and management in the local context. They do not bother to understand.
