Pros
For who likes these things: Relaxed, not too many pressure,still an old fashioned company (a bit paternalistic) - at least in certain units
Cons
- Things changing towards a cutthroat approach on utilization - New investor private equity: already signs of using the company as a cash cow --> pressure, reduce cost, no chances to grow, no chances of raises - Don't expect interesting projects or new technologies. They go for the sure things, mature fields. So same olds, same olds.
