      Pros

      Flexible timetable, good people, some small career progression if you are on the manager's good side.

      Cons

      Breaks that are not sufficient, plenty of days that you might not have a break at all. Many times, we have been understaffed and not even allowed to go for a toilet break. Terrible manager with mood swings who treats people awful. Try to call in sick, and you are met with irony and disbelief.

      good atmosphere, good restaurant and nice mates. A lot and changing tech challenges to resolve, no time for being bored

      sometimes too much pressure and difficult to focus on a task due to many challenges at the same time

      Amazing coworkers, managers, etc. Good vibes and supportive environment.

      Cons

      The higher ups from HQ are snobs. For some reasons they act as if the salespeople are beneath them, act like they don't exist, etc. Very weird and condescending people.
