Pros
They always look for new staff so it is quick to get a job in there. You can meet a lot of people.
Cons
they expect you to be always ready. They can change your shift and do not tell you, then they make a drama. Every week of every month it is different in terms of shift patterns, and every month is different. People are constantly leaving and new people are constantly coming. They advertise a lot of positions but i could notice that to certain people they deliver a good training and to others no. To get a promotion usually people cry and give notice, then they get promoted.
