      They always have job offers and it's easy to be hired

      Not professional at all, low basic payment and really deep organisational problems.

      access to benefits, flexibility to moving from technical roles to management good environment to grow overtime, holidays paid

      Cons

      - unhelpful management. -not enough employees. Meant to have 4-6 sales assistants on the shop floor, depending on the time, period of sales, etc..., but most of the times there were 3 sales assistants. This made it extremely fast paced, more than what we could possibly do

      Pros

      There is not much pros I can say. This experience helps you to grow personally and professionally and makes you realise of what you DON'T want for you and what you want for your career.

      Cons

      Very high expectations, hard work. Customers are also very demanding which doesn't help. Always busy and you have no time for anything else, long hours.
