      Pros

      If you move to a country without a job, they are always hiring. You will soon find out why.

      Cons

      Low salaries, super long hours with an excuse "this is Inditex and how we do it in Spain" so you work 9-10 hours a day, but 8 is paid. You have to work off if you had to run an errand. No matter that you put in 6-7 hours overtime every week. Stress levels over the roof. Poorly organized, just profit orientated. Etc.
