Cons

- Politics is seeping into the engineering culture. Your fate and growth depend on your manager and how much they know how to play it. If you don't have an idea how things work here(being an engineer), you will be manipulated until you know what the right expectations are. - You won't be rewarded what you deserve in a direct manner. Instead, the management will torture you to yield your fullest so that you think that you really achieved it and the bar is high which in reality was not. - Engineering bar is getting lower.

They'll feed you. Not much else.

Cons

This is true of any employer, but especially Indeed: don't trust HR. They don't have your best interests at heart. Unlimited PTO sounds good, but all it really means is that when you leave, Indeed doesn't have to pay out the PTO hours that they owe you. I know that's just business, but they make it sound like such a gift.

We want employees to take off as much time on holiday as they need, as long as they are hitting their targets and have manager approval. It’s a benefit that we offer all of our employees on top of the standard 25 days leave, in countries where there are standard leave regulations, Indeed pays out unused time Our HR teams are there to support our employees and care about what they care about. They partner with our Centers of Excellence to guide and provide the tools they need develop their careers with us. Great company if you're not on H1B

Many. Covered by other reviewers so I'm not repeating them here.

Cons

Do not join Indeed if you're a recent grad on OPT or on H1B. Their immigration policy sounds nice but is in fact a nightmare. I've never seen anyone got their GC here during their stay this company.
