Pros
Very entrepreneurial environment, where you can make a difference and create your own career path. This feels risky to some people, but was inspiring to me. Company is doing really well, and it's exciting to be a part of something that is growing so fast and performing so well. Product really works too, and it's fun to help companies find new employees and job seekers new jobs!
Cons
Brand awareness could be better - Indeed is the #1 job site in the world, but not enough people know about it, especially with businesses.
