Started with lots of opportunities for growth and cooperation between teams, excellent work life balance.

Cons

Nigh quarterly reorgs and strategy shifts for the past 2 years have left the organization is disarray. Zero opportunity for career progression or lateral moves within the company, Empire building, corporate politics, and blatant favoritism has destroyed workforce morale.
